Shipping Information

At ZOYR, we understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you. That's why we offer fast, reliable shipping options to make sure you get your products as soon as possible.

Shipping Method: Tracked 48 by Royal Mail

All orders will be shipped using our standard Tracked 48 shipping method, delivered by Royal Mail. This service guarantees delivery within 48 hours of dispatch and includes tracking information to keep you updated on the status of your order.

Next Day Delivery Option:

For customers who need their products sooner, we also offer a next-day delivery option. Orders placed before 1 PM will be shipped out the same day and delivered the next business day. Please note that next-day delivery is only available for orders placed Monday through Thursday.

Delivery Time:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery time will vary based on your location, but most orders will arrive within 48 hours with our Tracked 48 shipping method. Next-day delivery orders will arrive the next business day.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information and a link to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

Returns

At ZOYR, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for makeup products unless the product is faulty.

Faulty Products:

If you receive a faulty product, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue and initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty product. Once we have received and reviewed the product, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue and initiate a return.
